Urban Visas LLP will use its expertise to find out a job for their client through the recruiters of the particular country and through the Internet only. Urban Visas LLP never commits to any client we will arrange your direct interview with the company, the company can conduct the interview through a third party like a consultant or the company can hire a candidate on a contract basis.

Urban Visas LLP is an MCA-registered company only, we are not registered with the MEA department of Govt. of India, the company clearly mentioned that Urban Visas LLP required an MEA attestation then the company will outsource a third-party service for the MEA attestation and client need to bear the charges for the same.

That I hereby acknowledge and agree, the “Consultant” will not be responsible for any delay in the processing of my Job Search program or Permanent Residency program, as the processing time may change without any prior notice from the Country's Immigration Authorities, depending on the workload of the respective Countries High Commission / Visa Post, where my application is submitted.

Client needs to submit all the documents whatever is mentioned in their Resume to the Consultant for the Job Search Program within 30 days from the signing of this Contract of Engagement. Urban Visas intimated to the client if they are not able to submit the documents at the given time then they can close my file. Urban Visas LLP has truly and completely explained all the terms and conditions listed in this Contract of Engagement to the client.

JURISDICTIONS

The agreement between Urban Visas LLP and the client shall be governed by and interpreted by Indian law and shall be binding upon the parties hereto, upon (a) their respective representatives, successors, and assigns, and (b) the heirs of any individual that is a party hereto. For all legal proceedings, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been performed in India and shall have jurisdiction to entertain any action arising under this Agreement. Each party hereto attorns to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India Courts.

VALIDITY OF SERVICES:

Urban Visas LLP shall assist exclusively from India. Urban Visas LLP shall provide services under the terms of this Contract until the client receives an invitation to apply for a job or for a period of Six (6) Months only from the execution of this contract, whichever occurs earlier. The validity of the agreement shall be for Six (6) Months only.
